Brodeur is most likely the mini-jersey that came in sealed hobby boxes of 2003-04 Pacific Heads-Up.

I know I've seen them before, but don't know what to call them other than NHL Rookies Oversize.

They're the oversized cards from the NHL Rookie Class commemorative box sets that Upper Deck put out. There were 50 cards + 1 oversized per set. UD made the sets from 05-06 to 08-09. Sealed sets can still be found for about $10 each.
