Weird 1/1. The last time I had a problem from UD I scanned the damaged card and they sent me a replacement and let me keep the damaged one. Mind you the replacement wasn't the exact same card but it was around the same BV. Just a thought if you want to email qa@upperdeck.com. Take care

Grab the card nearest to you and flip it while keeping it facing you.
Now, is it backwards or upside down?
