Since it's so low serial #'d, Beckett won't put a price on it. I'd prob say it's value is whatever you just paid for it.

I say about $5, wanna trade it to me now...lol jk. I'd put it around $50-$60. I've bought a lot of triple threads cards so this seems right to me

Well, a quick search of the bay shows one just like yours went for $42.....while one of the /36 version went for $40.

But now that I look at the pic of yours, and the one on eBay, I'm pretty sure you already knew how much it went for on there since I am willing to bet it was you $42 that bought it lol.

I love how books look and think they are more valuable (in my eyes). Putting a price on a book that is only /9 is kinda hard though. There might be someone out there who really wants it and will pay to get it.

The #'d /36 BV's at 60 (as you said), so I'd say the one #'d /18 would BV about 80-100, therefore the #'d /9 should book at least 100, but could possibly go to 150 or higher. Nearly everything sells well below BV though.
It could sell well above that to the right collector though. Personally as an STL fan, I wouldn't sell it for less than $125 and wouldn't trade it for less than a single card w/ a BV of $125 or 2-3 cards w/ a total BV of $150+. But that is just b/c it would be a PC card in my STL Cardinals collection.
Even if I wasn't an STL fan, I would still think that 'iconms' is putting too low of a trade value on it. In that scenario (not being STL fan), I would not trade it for less than 125 BV combined for 2-4 cards.
