Trying to get all 99 of Mario Williams - 2006 Ultimate Collection - just pick up my 31st copy of this card serial #77/99 - this is my favorite set design (only need 9 cards to finsih the whole 360 card set, and since Mario is my favorite player & I'm building the set, I figure for every Mario I snag up that is one less set that can be built. I know I'm addicted to the cardboard crack! Anyone else trying to get all copies of 1 serialed numbered card (I'm actually doing this with several other Mario's as well but this one is my MAIN goal!)



Here's an old picture of some of my others when I first started this quest - its a junky picture, but soon here I will make a Mario PC thread just to show um off. If you have one of his 2006 Ultimate cards -- any of them jersey, autos, gold version, patches, whatever I WANT them and will either trade or $$

Wow!!! Nice... I would like to do the same, but with the VY Exquisite Longhorns uniform card, it's only numbered to 35... would be pretty cool to own most of them... What a great idea...This is the card I want as many as I can get:

That's nearly impossible. I'm sure around 10 of 'em are still in unopened boxes. Or who knows if the company held back 5 or so in case they needed them for replacements? I think it'd be easier with a print run of 5-25. A run of 99 seems like a big time shot in the dark.

Why do I have a feeling that Eagles head in the middle is a fake considering all are from the nameplates.

You know - I was that "other collector" the Kevin Kolb collector is talking about - I remember him from a year ago or so, thats funny that he's gotten up to 45 I think that is awesome, he was at like 28 when I took a leave of absence from Beckett for a while!! Wonder if he even remembers??

I do that with all Mario's numbered outta 10 or less, I just really like Ultimate Collection, plus its a REAL rookie autograph on card so I figured why not and even if I never get um all - everyone I do get just makes my regular set that much more rarer.
