Need help
Can someone please tell me a telephone number I can call BGS at. I clearly printed and highlighted the August Promo Code on my order form and the morons didn't apply the code and over charged me!!!! This is complete xxxx!! It was highlighted in capital letters!!!! Not to mention that I put the pay by check/money order and they charged my credit card without me authorizing it!!!!!!! This is a complete joke!!!

did you use the july appreciation winnings towards this? i have no idea how to get ahold of beckett, definitely wouldnt try emailing them. hope they get everything worked out!!!!! keep us posted, also post this in the bgs forum also, maybe someone there can be of more help.

They hardly ever respond by email. Your best bet is to try and contact them by phone. The one time I did contact them, I spoke with a women who spoke broken English and whispered. It was terrible.

-Collecting autographs/cut autos and memorabilia of historic figures.
