Every year Topps pulls a stunt to increase sales and then backs out one way or another. At least when donruss did that with the Pujols auto they honored it. Topps needs a class actuion lawsuit where someone has kept track of their scams every year. They are diffidently pulling this crap on purpose year after year to boost sales. They should be sued and made to honor redemption s, if for no other reason than to keep what little honor they have left. Every year its something!

I remember in 1992, Topps had those one per pack scratch-off cards where you could redeem a pack of Topps Gold cards if you won. Several of these scratch-offs had a flaw where you could see through it if you held it up to the light, so it was pretty easy to win. At the time, those Topps Gold cards were in high demand, so to remedy this Topps just printed out another set...the Topps Gold WINNERS parallel.

All they have to do is print out a special batch of these USA Chrome Winners sets and the problem would be solved. They did it in 1992, they can do it again in 2011.
