Prospecting question

Prospecting question
I'm looking to change up my collecting focus a bit and thought about prospecting. Not looking to do it for profit. Just thought it would be fun watching players move up through the ranks. Can anyone give me any advice on how to get started. For example, sets to buy, where to find prospect info, etc. Any help is much appreciated.

Baseballamerica.com covers everything baseball from HS to the Majors. That is my favorite site for prospect info.

MILB.com to keep track of your guys. Pretty good offensive stats listed there.

Buy singles or lots, not boxes.

Pick the player(s) you are interested in and try to get a cross section of their cards.

RE: Prospecting question
I only buy prospects of my favorite teams, The Astros and Rangers, Its easier to keep up with than following the whole MILB system.
