I'm missing some of the beckett magazines from that era which had the error descriptions, i'm gonna try to do more research when i have the time to dig up more old becketts...

Wow awesome! Thank you a ton! I'll have to look through those cards when I have a chance! I found another one just now going through a box of doubles that I didn't notice before.
#121 Mike Kushelnyski - the site linked above says it's an ERR because position and number are missing from the front of the card. Well the 5 I have of him have the position and number, but on the front and back his name is spelled as Mike Krushelnyski. Would you happen to know if this is an UER or not?

He is listed on Beckett as Mike Kushelnyski in that set so it was confusing me
