Do hockey sellers think booklets are the next sheild? I see a bunch on eBay for an insane amount. I don't understand it. 400 bucks for a middle of the pack rookie for a card /25? Where are these values coming from?

Yeah, the SPGU game gear cards are numbered to 3 and don't go for that much. Hype is what The Cup is all about though, so it's no big surprise.

They are sweet cards. Hall and Seguin will probably fetch over $1000 initially.

Booklets are sick, I am glad they are finally coming back to hockey.
They are usually kept in a 25-50 card box. No way to store them opened.

People are making booklet holders. And yea hype in the sport. Big name football ones barley get 500. And I was thinkg about the game gear. I'd say big name players should get 500 or more but i see a Tatar for 400. Ill just wait till the hype dies

DUDE, All of this years Cup cards are selling HIGH. I just saw a 3 colored PK Subban ARP go for $2000 BIN.
