I'm collecting Tavares now and I'm wondering what one I should pick. Blasters are 12ish dollars so I think it is a good deal.

09/10 Upper Deck Series 1 or Upper Deck Series 2?

Both have really good YG's.

I'd be looking at Series 2, but only because I still need a decent number of YGs from series 2.
However, while both have good YGs, Series 1 has the better YGs I think.
Just my bit of experience with the Series 1 blasters - I purchased roughly 20 of them. So that's 40 total Young Guns.
Pulled the following (of the major rookies): 3 Leino 2 Hedman 2 Neuvirth 2 Niemi 2 Van Riesmedyk 1 Duchene 1 Kane 1 Karlsson 0 Tavares So take from that what you will.... I can't remember exactly where I got each one, but I do know that the ones I pulled from blasters includes Duchene, Hedman and Niemi. The Tavares I pulled from a single retail pack. The best I've pulled from 09-10 Series 2 blasters would probably be Holtby. 
The Duchene and JVRs are nice. Tough luck on the Tavares though.

Can't go wrong either way in my opinion. Tavares or Couture. Duchene or Grabner. JVR or Reimer.
