Glad you're safe. We have a tropical storm warning this evening in Nova Scotia. Tomorrow Marchand is supposed to have his Stanley Cup parade in town. Hope all clears up by parade time. There is a plan B though (

Well my parents were there from Monday, but I went up Friday after work so I was only there for about 26 hours so yeah it sucked for me but they didn't mind leaving at all lol

The wind wasn't too bad where I am..almost the exact middle of New York State, but there is flooding everywhere. Rain is the biggest issue it seems, but we only got the western edge of the storm.

Spud as always awesome pickups! How many RC's are you missing? Your abstract was quite interesting to read. Your area of study sounds very interesting indeed.

With Dominion and The Cup still to be released, there may be about 1700 rookie cards from 2010-11. I am closing in on about 1100 of them. Once our monthly card shows start up again in September, I'm hoping to get a few more hundred over time. Seems much longer than a year ago since I opened my first pack of 2010-11 Victory rookies, and now these players are in the 2011-12 Victory base cards! I've been focusing on last year's rookies so much, I barely know who this year's rookies are! Spud

Wow that is quite the feat! Are you planning to do this again this year? Or will you be shifting your focus on to another PC venture?

Spud do you have a sheet of the ones you missing? I can look for you at one of my shows. 1 guy deals with baulk, so i get rookies for a solid price... like I did with 4 trilogy rookies

I am a set collector so every year I pick a couple to build. I will be doing Artifacts again in 2011-12 for certain. The reason I like Artifacts so much is that the set has the feel of science and history to it - two subjects that are dear to my heart. My 2010-11 rookie project is not something I can do every year - it's just too massive and will require at least another year to continue to build. Spud
