I picked up a box of rookies and starts from my LCS today. I got shorted 2 hits!!!! I pulled one auto and one patch.... That pisses me off badly! You spend $100 on a box and dont even get what you are supposed to! now I have to send stuff to panini so they can send me only god knows what to replace the two missing hits.

Are you sure you didn't get a resealed box? Was it wrapped in a Painini wrapper? Or just a blank wrapper? If it was just a blank wrapper that means the box was resealed by either a dealer or by the LCS.

The last time I was shorted hits(well really it was my dad,not me)
Was 2009 Bowman Draft....Guaranteed 1 letterman auto and 1 additional auto.
I got my hits....whoooopdy doooo....Jared Cook Jr Letterman auto and a Stephan Mcgee Base auto(and it was a repemption at that)

My dad was shorted BOTH of his hits and we contacted them and took all the steps.....still never received a darn thing.

Upper Deck is really the only company that is worth a flip in the costumer service Dept.
