2 Vintage Silk cards. What Set are they from?

2 Vintage Silk cards. What Set are they from?
Can anyone tell me what set these two silk cards are from? Trying to put a value to them. I'm told the light blue one is more rare. It says "Factory No. 25 2nd Dist. Va." at the top, "Murphy Phila Amer" and "Old Mill Cigarettes" at bottom.
The other card is of C. Phillippe of the Pittsburg Nationals.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
