Off-Centering: Which Comes First
In determining the centering of a card, is it always L to R & then T to B? Is there any set method? I ask this because, I just saw a card that had a wider right border than the left & had a wider top border than the bottom. So in this example, would you say that the card was off-centered R to L & T to B?
Any help would be appreciated.

My own interpretation of it has always been L/R and T/B, never changing to accommodate the higher number. So if a card had a wider left border, I'd say (as an example) 65/35. If it had a wider right border, I'd say 35/65. Same goes with T/B.
However, that is just how I do it and really don't have a clue how it's done/recognized throughout.
