Advertising eBay listings is frowned upon heavily here. And over $150 for a patch card is pretty pricey.

Its not mine lol, have no clue who it is, i am just a big fan of good low #'d patch cards. Looks like a awesome pickup for a ingram fan. Personally i thought i was a bit pricey as well. If he was my PC guy i would likely offer 100-120 see what happens.
