If you are referring to the card with the X-Fractor like background and red text, it is most certainly the star rubies. Actually the flavor of 1999. They are spectacular in-hand!!
I always thought Fleer had some innovative stuff in the 90's. Here is one of my favorites; albeit not super rare:
