2007s are the ones that the autos fade pretty bad - thats too bad you got a faded one out of 2008.

wow..im surprised the Gold ink would fade..i have a couple gold inks and they look great still...

I don't think it is faded. It looks like he signed with the wrong pen then tried to erase it and sign over it.

I feel your pain - I bought the same thing a few months ago and pulled a Carl Yastrzemski /50 and had the exact same problem.

While Sweet Spot autos are beautiful when not faded....I never trade for them just because I know this is coming in the future...
