I'm 99.9% sure you have to have Sunday Ticket to access the online programming.

Yeah I get almost all of the Giants games here in Maine on fox anyway and the few I don't I can usually find a live stream somewhere online. Only problem is the quality of the stream isn't the greatest but I would watch it at any quality.
