I haven't logged in for awhile and when
i finally did all my previous inventory has vanished. A yellow band at the top of the home page drops and says it is being restored, wait 24 hours but it never does...what gives?

what internet explorer are you using, make sure its ie9 or try google chrome, it works great forthe org.

When you say you haven't logged in for "a while" - how long are we talking?

A couple months or a couple years?

If you never logged on to the beta site (from about August 08 until January/Feb 2011, then you may need to contact Beckett customer service to see if they can transfer the inventory for you.

sometimes it takes 48 hours to populate too
