sorry to hear this bud, my fiancee has the same problem and she is only 30..!!!.....her thyroid doesnt work and has to taks pills to compensate for it as well as b-12 shots for the energy....should definately look into the b-12 shots, they help her tremoundously.....until she styarted them she felt "run down" and in "the dumps" most of the time.....now she is getting better but it is a long road ahead...IT WILL GET BETTER, IT JUST TAKES SOME TIME FOR THE PILLS TO START ....hope you feel better real soon so you can get back to doing what you love....

+1 my mother has the same problems she gets a b-12 shot once a month and it does help.she is 80 and has more energy then me half the time.hope you feel beter soon. .brian

Thanks everyone, i have had two really good days, starting to get some pep in my step, I LOVE it! I cant stand feeling like i have two bags of concrete on top of me! I feel good, lets do this!

Day 4 of feeling better. I was up at 5am this mrining and that hasnt happened in a LONG time! I am like a locomotive, a little slow getting going but once rolling, unstoppable!!! Thanks for everyones concerns, i think i am on the right track now.
