Today's mail and a BAP question

Today's mail and a BAP question
I received this gem today for my PC. I absolutely love the card, but it got me to wondering: why are BAP cards, particularly the autos, so undervalued compared to other brands? I get the rule of supply and demand, and that may very well be the answer when we are talking about base cards, but even this very limited (I had never seen this before), low #'d card was picked up for WAY less than I thought I could get it for. Any opinions? Thanks for looking!

I collect Dany Heatley, Nicklas Backstrom, all Red Wings and most Yankees.

If you think THOSE are cheap, check out the price of the RC's /99.

Literally 1/5th the price of the Ice RC's /99.

For some reason, BAP is not a very high valued set, despite the price per pack.
Currently Collecting Patrick Roy, PK Subban and Carey Price.

plus the RC /99 you get at least 1 per box. Lot easier to pull than one from Ice. I personally really like the look of BAP. Wished someone would have printed it this year.
Collecting:
Current Penguins / Sidney Crosby / Penguins RCs
