2011 Prestige Blaster Box from Target...$19.99!
So I broke a blaster box just for the hell of it... the results:

Good Lord Yes... been working on that set for forever it seems... and I'm still not there! Grrr... Would love if you can knock out even just 1, can you help with the others or the Prestige list?

If by orange stripe you mean on his helmet. That is the reg. version.
The other 2 versions are the Panthers name in blue and the pic from the draft.

Yea, I got it about the Orange Stripe... and I know about the other two (i'm building a set)
