So, I was looking through my recently purchased cards and came across a Tom Seaver. I thought it odd because it was Tom Seaver in a 2011 set so I looked it up on the price guide. Now there is a listing for a 2011 Topps #516B Tom Seaver, but on the actual card there is no B. Am I missing something? Please help me out here. Thanks.

The "B" in the price guide just serves to distinguish one card number from another. The B does not appear on the card itself. You do have #516B if you're trying to list it in your Organize. First time I saw that, I was confused too... I got the Jackie Robinson #80B short print lol
*Please note that in all of my future trades, I will require extra time to ship. I have no adequate transportation to a post office. If you don't want to wait, please do not trade with me.*
Any retired player (except mantle) who appears on a reg card design (in other words, not an insert) is a short printed variation.
Each of these retired players share the same card number with a current player. They are not too easy to find and although book value can't be posted, youll be happy with the value.
Thanks guys!
yep I have a regular Hank Aaron SP and a Jim Palmer Diamond Anniversary SP they are quite the nice cards.
I may be interested if you decide to deal the seaver
