When will Rookies & Stars come out?

I'm thinking they will rush it before the basketball season is suppose to start (looks like no chance at a full season).

I really like the deep rookie class this year. Very few big stars in class, but it's really deep so I feel it could be nice to pickup some rookies.

Normally R&S is released in about November/December... I don't see why that would be any different this year - assuming we have a season.
