I actually could before I tore my rotator now I can't throw a ball 20 feet without my arm feeling like it's been shot lol

i know the feeling man. played traveling/city/church mens softball after college for 9 years and ran into an outfield fence and have not played since. a few cort shots, therapy and numerous pain pills later and i still have to have surgery to repair ligaments in my shoulder.
