What are the "framed paper" cards?

They are cards that are different colors, most commonly seen is the bronze frame which is what it sounds. A bronze colored frame going around the card, however the card still remains the same size it just goes around the edge. If your familar with masterpieces its somewhat similar.

Not exactly... They have a paper 'frame" around the edges which is bronze or green in color (and there may be other colors that I'm not aware of). Do a Google search for "2011 Gypsy Queen Framed Paper" and you'll find plenty of listings with images.
