Oswaldo Arcia?

Anyone know much about him? All I know is his 2011 Bowman Chrome Gold Refractor I pulled has recently doubled in value since I pulled it. I know I can't say BV on here, so I will just say it was already QUITE high before it doubled!
I don't know much about him, anyone follow him? 
He's hitting .313 in high A right now, but he tore up A ball in Beloit (.352, 1.124 OPS) before being promoted to high A Fort Myers recently
