Question Topps Prime

Question Topps Prime
Looking for some help on a question. I noticed on the 2010 Topps Prime Rookie card some are numbered to 999 under Beckett's Price Guide. However, I can not find the print run on the card. Is this common or am I looking the card up wrong? Any help would be appreciated.
