anyone ever buy old topps packs(70's-80's)? Are they any good?
I was looking into maybe buying some 1984 topps packs. Are they good? Whats better, Cello or Wax? 84 topps runs about 10-15 bucks per wax pack on ebay, 15-25 for cello

I'd stay away from packs on eBay, especially older stuff.
