I need some help figuring out what card this is, and possibly what value it is worth.

The back of the card has no issuer name, nor any numbers that I can identify it with, just his stats for 1991-1992 and 1992-1993. I cannot find ANYTHING on this card anywhere online.

Broder card...a buck or two.
printed by any number of unlicenced company/people in the early 90s.
