The Multi. Order shipping doesn't have an option for anything other than US states.
But yes. Within the US through pp with DC is $1.75 for under 3oz. For 1st class mail.
I am in the USA and I know what PP means haha like without DC it is still $1.71 correct? through PP?

Postage through PayPal is the same but the charge for a DC# is MUCH less.

I ship EVERYTHING I send out with DC. I think the DC is 19 cents through pp.
So like $1.56ish....... without DC.
