Simple question that seems so hard to get an answer to: Will we EVER be able to sort by price in any of the areas (organize, price guide, trade, etc), if so when?

It's something they're looking at but there is no time table. I stated this before, but I'll reiterate for everyone who didn't see it before. On the old system, you could edit by BV and if you had only one OPG but had more than that sport in your Organize, you could say 'Oh, well these ten cards are between these two and these two are worth $0.50 so these ten must be worth $0.50.' So they're working on a better solution.

I doubt most of the issues on this site will ever be fixed. Hell, if everything worked properly I'd pay twice what they charge now.

Not sure if I completely buy that this is the only problem. When this new site went live, you could sort by price. I remember testing to see if I could figure out the value of a card that I didn't have the OPG for like you used to be able to do. Those cards that I didn't have the OPG for were all sorted to the bottom. So it was working at that point but I think something else has changed to cause that not to work so they have turned off the sorting.

Either way, they could at least turn it back on until they get it figured out, if that is the only "issue".

Early on, they found that all the performance issues that were supposed to be fixed by the fancy new hardware were still there once they actually put data into the database, so they started disabling everything they could to get it to run faster. My guess is that this is one of those things they disabled and they either just haven't gotten around to re-enabling it, or they found that performance was still an issue and haven't figured out how to fix it.
