if u arent in a hurry to break have him preorder 2011 topps linage, looks like a great product and is under 100 with preorder but will prolly be about 150 when it comes out

I'd say 2011 Bowman, but also you could get a fun UD box like SPx or SP authentic from a few years ago

My vote goes to Bowman as well. For $100 I think that's the best on the market.

I think Bowman Platinum should be out by then. I just saw an Ebay auction end yesterday that sold 8 pre-order hobby boxes at $89 each. If you can find that kind of deal again, Bowman Platinum for under $100 would be my advice! (4 hits in them I think, and Harper is in there.) Plus- I just like the Platinums...

I was looking at the Platinum checklist and besides Harper, the prospect checklist is weak. Does anyone have an updated checklist for Platinum with the TBD cards? Also, does anyone have any luck with 08 or 07 expired redemptions from Upper deck? I like the checklists but the biggest hits are all redemptions.
