so i read something on here a while back and it seems like my ordeal is similar to the other persons problem with dealing with an ebay problem. i am really going to be upset if i do no receive this card as it is a mallet patch 10/10. let me know what you all think of this situation. here is a copy of the email.....

I made a mistake and mislabeled your package with another customers package. I wrote to him to let him know what happened. I'll keep you updated to let you know what is going on. Sorry for the delay and the mixup. LInda

yeah that was me! hopefully it works for you as well as it did for me. the seller i dealt with was awesome, had great communication and actually sent the correct card with very fast shipping BEFORE he received his card back

This calls for a bit of investigation.
Would you mind posting the auction link?
Sounds legit if a seller takes the time to contact you, but maybe not?
Wait and see how they fix it..

I have bought from that seller before. Always had great & fast transaction. I would give them the benefit of the doubt and give some time for the issue to be resolved. Good Luck!

I had the same issue.. and I was very excited to get this card because it was my first 1/1, the seller did send it to the wrong address and I received someone else's order. It all worked out but the other guy that got my card did not want to give it up! But it took about a month and the guy was pretty nice and threw some extra stuff in to make up for it.

Me three. I've bought a ton of Von Miller cards from them, and have good transactions. They've sold a ton of the most recent football cards, so it's not unusual to get one mixed up.

I accidentally did this to someone 6 months ago. I sold a valuable card for $125 on feebay and that same day I made a trade with a friend here on Beckett for a couple not-so-valuable cards. Well I put the labels on the wrong bubble-mailers and shipped them off Priority Mail.

Two days later I get a PISSED OFF email from the buyer. I fessed up my mistake to the seller, was extremely apologetic, and was lucky enough that my Beckett friend had ZERO problem shipping me back the valuable card.

I told the buyer that once I received his card back I would ship it to him and pay him money to ship his cards back to me (although I fully expected he would keep them all, in which case I would have compensated my Beckett friend greatly.) I shipped him his card along with some freebies and sent my fellow Beckett traders some freebies for his troubles as well

Somehow I avoided any negative stain on my eBay profile :-)

And it's pretty much all thanks to my trustworthy Beckett friend. Although it's late at night and I'm exhausted so I don't remember who it was. lol

I have thousands of sales on eBay and make very few errors of any other kind. But this is an error I have made THREE times. It is surprisingly easy to do, and a HUGE hassle for everyone.
