I had the same thing happen, except they sent me only 2 of the 24 packs I should have gotten and didn't give me a reason or anything. I thought maybe more would come in the following weeks, but no. I had to contact topps on my own and they told me the same thing, I would get Bowman Packs. Pretty crappy considering the value of the base bowman cards and the base topps chrome ones. I saw the posts about the Bowman cards being black border, that's how they all are, I was also very surprised the cards weren't chrome. And the cards possible are #ed BCP1-110 I believe, much worse than the elite players available through the Topps redemption.

Yeah I am seriously not happy with them, the reasons just keep piling up. I bought an allen and ginter hobby box yesterday and it only had 1 out of the 3 hits in it..
