Trade Thread... Back in Business!
Hey so it's been a while since I've been on here... just saw that Trading is up and running again?? In that case... let's make a deal!!!

Links to my albums are below with a couple highlights pictured below as well. I collect ROSE, NOAH, KD, RAY ALLEN, BLAKE, TY LAWSON, RUSSELL WESTBROOK, and UD STARQUEST BLACK.

I'll be throwing some new cards up but just a little something to get back in the trade zone. Feel free to PM me or send offers.

Some of the highlights...

if you have less than 25 trades, I will ask you to send first.

Wow really? That sounds like a lame rule. Since everyone has no idea how to grade there own cards and personally i'm not going to trust another person's word on the card of their cards. I think buckets are a great thing for the site to be able to see what you are ACTUALLY receiving.

And why are you bitter about buckets?

Trading ANYTHING in my Photobucket for these cards:

M. Jordan 1986-87 Fleer #57 BGS 8
M. Jordan (BGS)
C. Barkley (BGS)
L. Gehrig (BGS, SGC, PSA)
BASKETBALL GRADED CARDS (BGS)

Sorry... are you referring to PhotoBucket? People have links going to these sites in their sigs, their threads, etc. I just read the TOS and not sure what I'm doing wrong. I used to put pictures directly in my thread, but this can take forever. I thought it would save some time to put some direct links.

TOS states on posting links: "In addition, threads and posts may not contain links to outside sites, except for the purpose of legitimate hobby discussions"... and I would think pictures of my cards are legitimate hobby discussion.

Don't mean to be argumentative, just would like to know what I'm doing incorrectly compared to others who post photobucket links so I can make sure I'm following TOS like them. I will modify my thread however I can and make sure I'm not doing anything I shouldn't be.

I don't get it. And (not meaning to call anybody out) but there's another thread that says "Added 80 to my Bucket" in the subject.

Can I get an answer on what I did wrong???

RE: Trade Thread... Back in Business!
Against TOS: Trading via PM and Email (now that trading is up and semi running again).

Buckets have been and can always be used to show the actual cards. What they can not be used for is "check my bucket and PM me an offer." RJ said "PM me or send offers" which means use the trade function, so he is not violating TOS. I know he doesn't have many trades under his belt, but he has used the trade feature before and has items in his organize, so I think he's safe. If we do find out that he's trading via PM or email, then we will do something about it as that would be violating TOS. RJ messaged me to make sure he wasn't violating TOS, so I think he's in the clear. If anyone hears otherwise (not snitching though), let me know so we can make sure we know who are good and bad traders. Thanks RJ for PMing me to make sure.

Thanks as always for clearing that up, xstream. I don't trade via PM or e-mail, but I do encourage people to PM me messages to let me know if they'd be interested in starting up a trade through the trade function. (Don't really get why anyone would NOT want to use the built in trade functionality since that way it's documented by Beckett just in case of a shady trader, but oh well)

Ok... now that the buzz kill in my thread is over.... anyone wanna uh... trade? LOL
