There are a few of these in the database but there are more missing than there are present.

Late reply to your post, but yes, they will grade it. Usually many of the Latin American issues are not in the database, but the Beckett graders have some experience with many. Just attach a note with as much as you know about the card and in my experience they will do some additional research if needed.
