I have to go with Radar. But if you check Beckett is showing 1989 as vintage The opg shows 8.00 but if you bring it to your organize and show it as mint it may show the value as 10-12.00
Me personally it is pre 1980 when 2020 comes I might ( the key word MIGHT) say anything pre 1990.

previous century or the early part of the current century is said to be vintage.
