recently purchase a topps redemption card (card not expired), scratch to get the code, enter it online, and it says inactive? did anyone get this problem before, what should i do

I pulled a posey auto redemption yesterday... not expired that said "expired". I sent an email and am waiting on a response.

i did sent them an email to, waiting for a response also, but im curious what inactive means, this is my first time redeeming something to topps
