Customer service? Not good!
I really enjoy the look of BGS cards, but can you guys please help your customers out a little. I had a problem with my order that was Beckett's fault. I did exactly what I was told to do over the phone and send the card back with all the paper work to get it fixed over a month ago. I have not got my card back or even received any email as to whats going on. So I called and the lady is like well give me the tracking number. I don't have it in front of me, and she tells me there nothing she can do without it. Somebody from Beckett needs to call or email me. And every time I have emailed or left a voice mail for Joe Clemons I HAVE NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM, so why transfer anybody to him.

So if anybody sees BGS #6692667. You know it is mine and that I sent it in to be graded and not authenticated.

Try contacting forum moderator Jeffv96masters. He will try to help you out.

Did you use delivery confirmation when you shipped it? How long ago did you ship it?

I have a very rare michael jordan card signed by john salley!!!

Trying to talk to ANYONE over there causes a HUGE headache. When you finally do reach someone they are about as helpful as a chocolate teapot.
