Excited to meet Broadway Joe (UPDATED NAMATH, MARINO & SANDERS)
I'm super excited, I'm on my way to Jersey for the GT Sports Show. Plan on getting a few autos from Dieon Sanders, Dan Marino and maybe check out a few of the other players who are going to be their. But the highlight is going to be meeting Joe Namath and having him sign my previously PSA graded 5 1965 Topps rookie card! Hurts breaking it out of it's slab... I'm going to send it to JSA/Beckett for auto and card grade and hope it scores at least as good or better when I resubmit it? I'll add image after I get back before sending it off to be slabbed and graded again.

Jersey Joe was always one of my favorites, especially since he played for Alabama!. Met him once whien I was 12 years old. He was shopping in a supermarket and me and my little brother saw him. We asked him for an autograph, which he gave to us, and talked to us for about 15 minutes. Really cool guy! Hope he is still that way

I heard that from other people to before this trip. He is still a super friendly guy, I talked to him for bout 5 minutes but he gave me the feeling if there wasn't still a line behind me he would've talked longer and that is how he greeted everybody there. Have to say Deion Sanders was the complete opposite, very unpleasant... Maybe he was just having a bad day. At least that's what I hope, since I'm from Georgia and looked up to him since I was in grade school... Pretty dissapointing! Namath made the show worth it!
