So first let me start off with a small mailday:









The I figured I would post some scans of some of my pulls from yesterday:







and now, a couple of nice stories from the LCS.

First off, I guess I WON the panini player of the day monthly draw at my LCS. The prize however kinda blew hard.
It was a Phil Kessel autographed player of the day card. My LCS owner (being a Leafs fan) offered me a trade for
the card pictured below and I graciously accepted.







Now on to the good story. So some of you may remember that yesterday I pulled THIS from a few packs of Black Diamond:





So today I ended up back at the LCS and I got the feeling that that box of Black Diamond wasn't done producing hits yet.
There were only 4 packs missing when I started busting yesterday and the LCS owner said that
all that had come out were a nathan horton Jersey and a triple diamond RC.

I dove back in for 5 more packs, hoping to produce a quad rookie. No quad for me, but I did pull this from the first pack:












I was feeling pretty good, until I pulled this card (then I was feeling GREAT):



The scan doesn't show it as clearly, but it is a GOLD version numbered 03/10.




AWESOME.


If I had more cash I would have busted the rest of the box, the LCS owner ended up busting it
and he pulled an Ovie Quad Jersey and a Skinner Quad Diamond RC (Darn!!!)

I missed out on the Skinner, but still can't complain, lol.

I just couldn't believe that the Toews Gold and Crosby Ruby were in the same box along with so many other great hits (Iginla Die cut, Skinner RC and Ovie Jersey).

I wish I would have bought the entire box, but hitting the 3 hits that I hit out of only 8 packs isn't too bad.

Thanks Randi, I will probably be buying cards again (surprise) since my income tax return came in and it was literally TWICE what I was expecting. Between that and the cash I already had put aside, I'm already at my budget $$$ amount for Disney, and the trip isn't until NOvember.

pretty bogus of store owner.he knew something was left so he opens the rest of box.i wouldnt even goto that store.my lcs owner does not open packs EVER.that takes away from customers.the other store in town the owner does and hes no where near as busy as other store.but you did hit some awsome cards thou.congrats.
