If there getting too many emails and can't get through them all, they need more staff. Period. I can understand that, but my communication with Beckett normally doesn't have anything to do with Customer Service so I'm not even sure where they are, how many there are, what their names are, etc. The communication between Beckett and us mods normally deals with the website, bad traders, and ideas we have to make the mods jobs easier or faster. RE: Beckett Members, please read.
I have to admit, for all the complaining I have done, this site is 1000% better than the old one. The speed is great and the org functionality, even with the bugs, is much better as well.
Now if we could just sort by description. . . And yeah, I agree with the guy who mentioned the price increase - i could see a buck maybe, but 50%? That's just wrong. Trade for NY Giants or HOF/legend/superstar. I trade by BV, not SV ![]() http://s1028.photobucket.com/albums/y349/bselje/ The 3 inevitabilities in life: Death, Taxes, and a redemption card in any Panini box. |

Honestly, I don't really know what to say about customer service because I haven't really ever dealt with them. But like I said, I haven't had to deal with them so I don't know what to say about that. I have to agree with Moncitysports. Responses from Beckett Customer Service are way past snails pace. It took me over 6 weeks just to login and 3 emails to Cust. Service. Only 3 messages in 6 weeks gave them plenty of time to respond. As far as them getting so many emails, that is their sole job to respond to us customers. I have many yrs experience in Cust. Service and I agree it's a thank less job. But not responding is like adding water to a grease fire. Xtreme and the other mods like Floydtown, keep this site running. We are able to reach out to any one of you for help and you do your best to help us. We are eternally grateful. I collect Bears,Titans,Cubs,Predators Less than 15 completed trades, you send first. Min trade value $20 David Price,Sandberg,Ron Santo, Jim McMahon |

RE: Beckett Members, please read.
I don't like the idea of such a big increase either. I agree with a buck. The thing is, if you want bigger and better, you pay more for it. I don't like it, but that is the way it is. I am still waiting for the finished product, then we'll see if it is worth it.
The site, even with it's problems site at hand, is working a lot better than it did before. As for Customer Service, well, that is one area I will not go into. AS FOR THE MODS ON HERE, YOU GUYS ARE DOING A GREAT JOB. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. Ray collects Jimmie Johnson & The Cleveland Browns Kelly collects Matt Kenseth, Danica Patrick & The Pittsburgh Steelers ![]() This is still under construction. I agree with the comments below. Hire a full time staff for the programming. Sheeesh, I pay $31.00 a month for the price guide and how many hundreds of thousands of others pay as well?
One would think that a few hundred thousand to maybe millions a month in revenue, that we could see our money properly disbursed. How about putting that money to some functional use and get these organize issues fixed before you lose your members. Someone actually sitting in a cubicle at the Beckett office, who can walk down the hall and see what's going on, speak directly to those involved, and then filter the information to us. I buy, sell and trade rookie year sports cards. Baseball and Football preferred. LOOKING for Bryce Harper & Chad Henne Auto, game used and low #'d RC's. |
