I am getting read to submit more cards to BGS but i have one card that is Graded by PSA and i want it changed to BGS is there a special way i need to submit it and what is the cost or do i just send it with the rest of my card and they will know BGS will just know what to do any help with this would be great thanks in advance for any help.

If you don't care about the grade it ends up in with BGS, I'd suggest cracking it out yourself and sending the card as normal.
But, if you can't crack it yourself, you can add it to your submission as normal, but it will cost additional money; they charge a cracking fee in addition to the grading fee.
