Well my lcs had a box with 36 packs & 5 Cards per pack for 14.99 and I thought I was getting a good deal so I picked it up. Little did I know all 36 packs were going to have the exact same 5 cards in them. Kind of sucks I gave some to my son but I still have 31 each of numbers 1-5. Wish I would of known before buying them. Players are M. Ryan, R. Mendenhall, E. Manning, T. Romo & E. Dickerson.

Also picked up two packs of 2010 Prestige and got a Andre Roberts auto so that kind of made me feel a little better.

Yeah wish someone would of warned me. It's a 40 card set and every pack had 1-5 in it. WTF!!!!

Shop owner screwed you on that one. that sucks. those are promo boxes that are sent to them for free. at my LCS the owner just gives those out to kids who come in

Yeah It's my fault I guess I should of done some research I wouldn't even of minded if there was actually a chance of getting the complete 40 card set but what kind of boxes have 5 of the same cards in every pack I've never seen that before.

Those packs were to be sold at the price of .10 to anyone that purchased anything topps at the lcs in 08. I have the complete 07 set and I think I might have the 08 set as well.

Unfortunately for me there are no new ones lol like he said though I'll learn from it. My bad.

Heck while i'm at it I might as well tell you another stupid thing I did when i got back into collecting again after a 15 year layoff. They had these upper deck rack packs full of rookies so I looked them up on here and the value was tremendous considering they were only like 3 bucks a pack (wal-mart) so I kept going back and buying more and more. Little did I know they were "Exclusive edition rookies" Which basically means reprints that are worth 25% of the real thing (People still sell them for full price on ebay though) well anyway I got a box full of these useless things now. At least the 4 Adrian petersons are worth 6 bucks but for a long time I thought they were $30.00 a piece lol.

The box you bought were starter packs for the set. Each week the LCS would give out a new card to complete the set. I can't believe the owner didn't tell you what they were! What a jack wagon!
