Man we really need to get the trading on here working. The trading outside the system is really scary because the very few problems I have had on here with traders are the few I see suddenly pushing really hard to trade!

Anyone else noticing this?

Yeah i agree i really want to do some trading but i am not even going to attempt it until the trade function is working it is risky enough trading anyway with the exception of a few great traders i just hope it is fixed soon just my 2 cents.

Who have you had problems with? I'd like to know who to stay away from.

I'm currently still trading with people; mostly new members who are being reasonable and are sending first, which puts me at ease. I did recently get scammed by bjwarranty. I'll be sure to let everyone know about the new traders after I get my cards to acknowledge their efforts!

just completed a trade with someone on here...everything went very very well...ngstahl,the guy is an excellent trader with great communication and quick mailing and good packaging of the cards he traded...hopefully he gets my end soon...was kinda nervous at first but everythin went smooth in the end.

huh? he shipped first? i mean i see you are brand new yourself. i hope it goes well.

he shipped first...he sent me a confirmation # and i in turn did the same thing...we r both new...i think he got somethin he wanted and i did as well...which is what trading is all about...

I am still frustrated that it hasnt been up. There hasnt been (or at least I havent seen) any information as to when it will be up again. I have made 2 trades so far and I have been craving to trade too but also a little skeptical.

cool. just be careful. a lot of newbies are scammers. and deliv conf doesnt mean much til its in your hands. it could be empty toploaders or bubblegum. sorry but after 500 trades i have heard or seen it all. cant wait for the system to work! good luck to you

yea one of those deals was with me! you are established though. i also traded with pietroskim twice but thats it. i would only do it with a few people on here right now.

You have to do your homework and know who you're trading with regardless if its using the trade tools or not. This is how trading has been done for years before a trade system was even around. Check out the looking for thread and feel free to run addresses by me before shipping to make sure that addy is not on the hit list I keep. Shoot, trade system down is not going to stop me from trading.

Let's go back to the Member info boards again Bob, or at least start a temp one till they do get the trade tools back up, it will keep the main boards uncluttered with reference checks, call out's etc...
