SPORTS CARD CHECKLISTS
Anyone know a place where i can get a player checklist for all the card sets? I buy the Beckett price guides, but they do not list every card and when I am trying to put together some of these insert sets, it will be easier to search by the players name(if i know it) than a number.

Thanks, JC

RE: SPORTS CARD CHECKLISTS
Beckett prolly has the most complete checklists. Maybe a fan site of a certain set may have a better checklist. But this is prolly the best place to find the most. What sets are you looking for?

RE: SPORTS CARD CHECKLISTS
Well, I am putting together most of the insert sets form 90s NBA. I have most all the star cards, but several "unlisted" cards I dont have. Sharpshooters, ALL NBA, ect. I can't find a link on here to see the check lists, or do you have to subscribe to the online service???

to download a checklist, you must pay for the OPG

My LCS owner has a big book he uses for this. I've no idea what it is, though.

For Baseball, Beckett releases an almanac that lists practically ever baseball card ever made. I don't know if they do it for other sports.

Currently working on 2010 Bowman Chrome Regular/Prospects, 2010 Bowman Sterling,
and 2010 Topps

Not sure if you were speaking of the books or the online price guide, but the OPG is going to be the closest thing you get to a complete checklist for a player

The Beckett almanacs have dropped out a lot of cards that were in earlier books. I hold onto my volume 2, it is a GREAT source for prewar that the newer books have dopped off. The OPG will be a better bet over the printed books.

In the early 90's there were various yearly price manuals (few hundred pages) that probably had the most extensive list i've seen. My Julius Erving that i recently traded is valued then what a few packs sell for today, fun to look at the old price guides.

Collecting: Heyward, Harper, Freeman, Jeter, Posey, Strasburg, Ripken, Mantle, Rivera, Pujols
Auto's - GU - Bat,Jsy - Refractors
