I have no idea, I was trying to feel the situation out and see if any one has ever encountered this before. I got the card for $5. I guess I will give Topps a call or wait it out for a bit.

None the less, it's pretty cool that they let something like this slip out. It's pretty unique. I've never seen anything like this.
