Autographed baseball's
I have 3 baseball's -one signed by Steve Garvey at Allstar game in San Diego. Ball was purchased at the game and is not an Authentic league ball . Ball signed by Ichiro at his first Allstar game in Seattle. My wife couldn't find an actual AL ball so she bought a plain old generic ball somewhere .(I was unfortunately in Ca.at the time) Have ticket and newspaper photo of what we believe to be our then 3year old daughter handing him the ball from mom's shoulders. Have a ball signed by Nolan Ryan that appears to be game used . Looks to have been mud rubbed. Bobby Brown AL ball . Is this ball from his playing day's in TX? Is the value of the other two balls greatly deminished ?

I have a few balls from the Cucamonga Quakes and San Bernardino Stampede but The only signiture I can really read is the mascots ! Only a couple of real league balls . Have to ask though ? What's the Reds caravan ? You need one from Chapman. Might be the Reds #1guy oneday

RE: Autographed baseball's
Reds caravan is where they send out a different groups that go around to Ohio, Kentucky, and WV and sign autographs. Groups consist of 1 current player, 1 older guy, and a prospect usually along with some front office guys. I went this year to the group closest to me and picked up those autographs, Chapman was not part of any groups that I know of.

RE: Autographed baseball's
Learn something new everyday I guess. I've never even been to a card show. Been collecting off and on for 32 years now and it's so different these days . I've been reading and responding to a thread by Chrishold for the last hour . I think I'm going to change my collecting habits and buy and trade for the cards I loved from the 60's. everyone has gotten so bitter. too much product out there .
