Check out this site for more details. No scans - the cards look like the regular issue without the foil and are numbered STL-1 to STL-7

These are those arena giveaways. I went to a game where they were handing them out to the first 10,000 fans, but I was too late and hoping to find some after the game under the seats, I was wrong. Everyone kept theres.

I would check St. Louis Blues website. They probably have a pic on there.

There's a upper deck facebook thread that has the list of what teams were available when.
